The team at A J Rawlings were thrilled this year to be shortlisted for a ‘Customer Service Excellence Award’ by Sightcare at the National Awards at Edgbaston, Birmingham. Emma and Catherine attended a glittering awards night, where independent opticians from around the country were acknowledged.
This was very special for us to be recognised within the industry, because as a team it is always our priority to offer the very best levels of Customer Care.
